To ensure a transparent and mutually rewarding relationship with affiliates, AIApply maintains a clear set of policies governing how the program may be promoted. This article outlines the compliance guidelines, monitoring practices, and what happens if policies are not followed.

Compliance guidelines

All affiliates are expected to follow these rules when promoting AIApply.

Brand bidding

Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on AIApply-branded keywords in search engines or using AIApply trademarks in paid advertisements without prior written approval.

Ad campaigns

Affiliates are not permitted to create or run paid advertising campaigns (for example, Google Ads or social media ads) that promote AIApply without prior written approval. This includes campaigns targeting AIApply-related keywords or content that resembles AIApply's brand.

Ethical promotion

Affiliates must avoid false, misleading, or unethical claims about AIApply. All promotional content must be original, accurately highlight product benefits, and avoid naming or referencing competitors.

No competitor references

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from mentioning or referencing AIApply's competitors in any promotional content. This ensures that messaging remains focused on AIApply's unique value.

Monitoring and accountability

AIApply is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of its affiliate program through regular oversight.

  • Program oversight. AIApply reserves the right to review affiliate activities to ensure adherence to program guidelines.

  • Violation notification. Affiliates found in breach of any policy will be promptly notified and given an opportunity to clarify or resolve the issue.

Withholding of payments

If violations are not resolved satisfactorily, AIApply reserves the right to withhold payments for commissions generated through non-compliant activities. Reasons for withholding may include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand bidding or unauthorized trademark use.

  • Misleading, false, or unethical promotion of AIApply.

  • Competitor references or activities harmful to AIApply's reputation.

  • Unauthorized paid ad campaigns.

  • Insufficient information — payment may also be withheld if affiliates fail to provide adequate evidence or information about how sales were generated.

By adhering to these standards, affiliates help ensure prompt commission payouts and strengthen their partnership with AIApply.

How to address discrepancies

If discrepancies or issues arise regarding sales or payments, affiliates are required to provide detailed explanations or documentation about their promotional methods. AIApply will work collaboratively with affiliates to resolve concerns swiftly and fairly.

Termination of agreement

Non-compliance with these policies may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.

  • Forfeiture of pending commissions.

  • Removal from the program.
