Key differences

1. Autofill vs auto-submit. This is the most important distinction. Huntr's Chrome extension fills out forms faster, but you still review and click submit on every application. AIApply's Auto Apply actually sends applications on your behalf, finding matching jobs, tailoring materials, and submitting them automatically.

2. Job tracking depth. Huntr's main strength. The free plan tracks up to 100 jobs in a Kanban-style board, and Pro adds contact management, recruiter tracking, application metrics, and reminders. AIApply includes tracking but doesn't position itself as a CRM-first tool.

3. Interview preparation. AIApply's clearest advantage. It includes a Mock Interview Simulator and Interview Buddy (a desktop app for live, real-time coaching during actual interviews). Huntr has interview tracking but no live coaching or mock interviews.

4. International applications. AIApply includes a resume translator supporting 12+ languages as a first-class feature, useful if you're applying across countries. Huntr doesn't emphasize translation.
