Creating your AIApply account
To create your AIApply account, go to https://aiapply.co/ and click the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the page. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can select the subscription or product that best fits your needs. There are two types of subscriptions available:
Free subscription — provides access to limited tools and features. Free subscriptions do not include access to Auto Apply or Interview Buddy.
Paid subscription — gives access to premium products and features depending on the selected plan.

Logging in and password reset
AIApply uses a passwordless login system. You sign in using your email address and a one-time password (OTP) code that is sent to the email associated with your account each time you log in.
Because AIApply does not use passwords, there is no password reset option available. If you experience issues receiving the OTP code, please contact support through the website chat for assistance.
Deleting your account
To delete your account, go to https://aiapply.co/app/settings and follow these steps:
Sign Out.
Select “Delete Account.”
Please note: deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated or recovered, and all associated data — including applications, interview invitations, and profile progress — will be permanently removed.
This process also ensures compliance with data privacy standards by permanently erasing your personal information from the platform.
Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you need a refund, please reach out to our support team before deleting your account.
