My payment failed
If your payment failed, please contact our support team and we'll help you troubleshoot the issue. Common causes include card declines, expired cards, or issues with international payment authorization.
Common Causes of Payment Failures
Fraud Prevention Measures: Payment processors may block transactions due to fraud prevention protocols, such as multiple card attempts from the same IP address or system blocks before the transaction reaches your bank.
Bank-Related Issues: Transactions may be blocked by your bank due to security checks, insufficient funds, or expired cards.
User Errors: Incorrect card details, such as an invalid card number, expiration date, or CVC, can lead to payment failures.
System Security Locks: Too many payment attempts in a short period can trigger a security lock, preventing further transactions until the next day.
Steps to Resolve Payment Issues
Verify Your Payment Details: Double-check the card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address. Ensure the card is enabled for online payments and has sufficient funds.
Contact Your Bank: Confirm with your bank that the transaction is allowed and not being blocked for security reasons.
Try Alternative Payment Methods: Use a different card, digital wallet (e.g., PayPal or Apple Pay), or another accepted payment option.
Wait and Retry: If you’ve made multiple failed attempts, wait until the next day to try again or use a different account.
Request Manual Payment Options: If your saved card isn’t being charged, request an invoice email with a payment link to complete the payment manually.
Preventive Measures to Avoid Payment Declines
Avoid making multiple payment attempts with different cards from the same IP address within a short period.
Keep your card details up to date, including expiration dates and billing addresses.
Ensure your card is enabled for online and international transactions, if applicable.
