How much does AIApply cost?
AIApply pricing depends on the product. Premium (the AIApply Toolkit) is USD 29/month or USD 144/year, and includes the Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview Tool. Interview Buddy, a separate product, is USD 19/month or USD 99/year. Auto Apply is also sold as a separate subscription, with plans tied to application volume (100, 250, 600, 750, 1,000, or 2,000 applications). Tailoring (resume and cover letter tailoring for Auto Apply) is an additional subscription on top of Auto Apply. Premium and Auto Apply can be combined.
Are there hidden fees?
The final total, including VAT, is displayed on the checkout page before payment is completed, so you can review the full charge before confirming. Note that some features are sold as separate subscriptions rather than bundled — Auto Apply, Premium, Interview Buddy, and the Tailoring add-ons are each priced independently. Tailored resume and tailored cover letter subscriptions also work independently of each other, so signing up for one does not automatically include the other.
What's included in my subscription vs. what costs extra?

Interview Buddy (live interview assistant) is also separate from both. Within Auto Apply, tailored resumes require an additional tailoring subscription; tailored cover letters are also a separate tailoring subscription, and the two work independently. Tailoring is not capped separately — each plan includes one tailored resume and one tailored cover letter per application in the plan's volume (100 to 2,000).
Why was I charged more than my subscription price?
The final total including VAT is shown on the checkout page before payment, so taxes may explain a charge that's higher than the base subscription price. If the difference isn't explained by VAT, contact support through the website chat so the team can review your specific case.
Can I pay monthly, or is there an annual lock-in?
Both options exist. Premium is available at USD 29/month or USD 144/year. Interview Buddy is available at USD 19/month or USD 99/year. You can also switch from a yearly Premium subscription to a monthly Premium subscription by contacting support through the website chat.
Does AIApply offer local currency pricing?
All subscriptions are charged in USD. You may see an estimated price in your local currency, but all payments are processed in USD.
How do I view my past invoices?
You can view and download your invoices and receipts at the billing portal: Stripe billing portal. Once logged in, you'll have access to your billing history, individual invoices, and payment details. To check your current subscription plan and renewal date, go to Settings → Billing in your account.
