If you’d like to stop receiving promotional emails from AIApply, such as newsletters, product updates, or offers, you can unsubscribe at any time. There are two ways to do it.
From the email itself
The quickest way is directly from any promotional email we’ve sent you:
Open any marketing or newsletter email from AIApply in your personal inbox
Scroll to the bottom of the email
Click the Unsubscribe link
Follow the steps shown to confirm
Once confirmed, you’ll stop receiving promotional emails from AIApply going forward.
From your account
You can also manage promotional email preferences from your account:
Open your profile
Go to Notifications
Update your preferences and save your changes

What this doesn’t affect
Unsubscribing from promotional emails doesn’t stop:
Transactional emails related to your account (such as billing receipts, password resets, or account changes)
Emails that arrive in your Auto Apply inbox from employers and job sites
Notifications about your Auto Apply activity, if you have those enabled in your account settings
