Reviewing or deleting past sessions
Once a mock interview has been created, it remains available from the Mock Interviews panel. From there, you can:
Click “View” in the bottom-right corner of the interview to revisit it.
Click the trash can icon in the top-right corner to delete it if you no longer need it.
My mock interview won’t start
If your mock interview won’t start, try the following:
Check that you have an active subscription, as access to Mock Interviews requires it.
Confirm the interview appears in the Mock Interviews panel with a "Start" button in the bottom-right corner. If it doesn't, the interview may not have been generated successfully — try creating it again.
Confirm you selected a resume and a valid job (either from your Job Board or a manually pasted job description) before clicking “Generate.”
If the “Start” button doesn’t respond, try refreshing the page and clicking “Start” again from the Mock Interviews panel.
Why aren't audio or video working?
Mock Interviews is a text-based practice tool — questions and answers are exchanged through text, and you type your responses in the text box below each question. No microphone or camera is needed.
My session disconnected — can I resume?
Unfortunately, if your session disconnects before you finish, your progress will be lost and you’ll need to start the interview again from the beginning.
To avoid losing progress:
Keep the tab open until you've completed the session.
Don't close the browser or navigate away mid-interview.
Click "Finish Interview" on the last question to save your session.
Feedback didn’t generate or looks incomplete
If after clicking “Check Answer” you don’t see the “Your Score” and “Feedback and Tips” sections, or they look incomplete, try the following:
Make sure you’ve written your response in the text box below the question before clicking “Check Answer.” Empty or extremely short answers may not generate complete feedback.
If the feedback doesn't appear, refresh the page. Note: refreshing will end your current session and any progress will be lost. The mock interview itself will remain in the Mock Interviews panel (unless you delete it), so you can start it again from the beginning.
In the meantime, you can click "Show Answer" to see an example response which can be useful as a reference while you wait for or troubleshoot the feedback.
