Managing Your Subscription & Billing

Buy more credits, upgrade, cancel or pause, and update your payment method. Clarifies why "Out of Credits" is normal and how canceling affects access.

How to upgrade your plan

If you run out of credits, you have two options:

  • Wait until your subscription renews and your credits reset.

  • Purchase additional credits.

To buy more credits, go to the Auto Apply dashboard and click the “Buy More Credits” button on the right side. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can purchase additional credits.

"Out of Credits" is a normal indicator that you have consumed your full credit allowance for the period. This does not indicate a system error and simply means your credits have been used up.

Please note that buying more credits is an upgrade-only action — you can't purchase the same plan twice while it's active. To get the same credits as your current plan, wait until your subscription renews. If you frequently run out of credits, consider upgrading to a plan with a higher credit allowance to better suit your usage needs.

How to cancel or pause your subscription

Subscription cancellations are managed from the Billing section in your Account Settings. There will be a separate "Cancel" button for each active subscription you have.

If you have multiple subscriptions and want to cancel all of them, you must cancel each one individually. Any subscription left active will continue renewing automatically. After cancelling, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If you’d like to temporarily stop applications without cancelling, you can also pause your queue directly from the Auto Apply dashboard at any time (see “How to pause and resume your queue” for more details).

How to update payment method

To update your payment method:

  1. Click “Billing.”

  2. On the right side, click “Update Card.”

A new window will open where you can update your payment method.
