Cancel your subscription and stop auto-renewal
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your Account Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge — it doesn't end your access immediately.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Subscriptions renew automatically, and a renewal that has already gone through can't be undone by cancelling afterwards.
Cancel from your Account Settings
Sign in and go to Account Settings, then select Billing.
You'll see your current plan, its cost, and your renewal date.
Select Cancel below the renewal date.
Answer the short set of questions about why you're leaving.
You'll be offered the option to pause your plan for 1, 2 or 3 months instead. To go ahead with cancelling, choose No thanks, continue cancelling.
Your subscription isn't cancelled until you finish step 5. If you close the window at the pause screen, or choose to pause, your subscription stays active and will renew as normal.
Pausing instead
Pausing puts your plan on hold for 1, 2 or 3 months. Your account and saved data stay intact, and you can resume at any time. If you're stepping away from your job search for a while rather than leaving for good, this keeps everything in place.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Your subscription won't renew, and you won't be charged again.
Unused credits expire when the billing period ends. They aren't restored if you subscribe again later.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't refund a charge that's already been made. To ask about a charge you've already had, see What is AIApply's refund policy?.
