How credits work

Every time Auto Apply submits an application to a job, one credit is deducted from your balance. The tool continues running and applying to jobs until either your queue is paused, your criteria stop matching available jobs, or your credits run out.

How credits are consumed

  • Daily limit: the daily application limit is 70 applications, regardless of plan size. This means your credits are consumed at a maximum rate of 70 per day.

  • Match prioritization: the most compatible jobs are always prioritized first, so you may see Top Matches during the first few days and more Strong, Good, or Potential Matches as the queue progresses.

  • Match rating threshold and mode: your match rating threshold and tool mode (Auto, Hybrid, or Review) directly affect how quickly credits are used. Stricter criteria or modes that require manual approvals will typically slow credit consumption.

How credits are managed

  • Quarterly plan: all 750 credits are available from day one — not 250 per month.

  • Roll over: unused credits carry over while your subscription is active. If you cancel, they're paused and become available again when you reactivate.

  • Failed or unsupported applications don't use a credit: a credit is only counted when an application is successfully submitted.

  • Credits are tied to your account: they can't be transferred to another account, even one you also own.

Available plans

Auto Apply offers several plans depending on how many applications you need:

  • 100 applications — USD 49 / month

  • 250 applications — USD 99 / month

  • 600 applications — USD 199 / month

  • 750 applications — USD 199 / quarterly

  • 1,000 applications — USD 399 / month

  • 2,000 applications — USD 499 / month

Each plan includes the corresponding number of credits, and credits become available again when the subscription renews.

What happens when you run out of credits

If you use up all your credits, you have two options:

  • Wait until your subscription renews so your credits become available again.

  • Purchase additional credits through an upgrade.

To buy more credits, go to the Auto Apply dashboard and click the "Buy More Credits" button on the right side. You'll be redirected to a page where you can purchase additional credits.

Please note that additional credits can only be purchased through an upgrade. You cannot purchase the exact same subscription again while it is still active. If you want the same amount of credits included in your current plan, you'll need to wait until your subscription renews.

Do credits roll over?

Credits are tied to your current billing cycle and need to be used while your subscription is active. If a billing period ends and the subscription is not renewed, any unused credits from that cycle will no longer be available.

However, as long as your subscription renews, your credits become available again at the start of each new billing cycle, so you'll always have access to the full amount included in your plan as long as your subscription remains active.

Bonus credits from technical issues or compensation

If additional application credits are added to your account — for example, due to a technical issue or as another form of compensation — those extra applications will also include their corresponding tailored cover letters and tailored resumes (if the tailoring subscription is active).
