Why aren't my job matches relevant?
Your job matches depend on your preferences — particularly your job titles, skillsets, and rejection reasons. To improve job matching:
Review your filters in Preferences > Job Preferences to make sure they reflect what you actually want.
Check your Rejection reasons (Preferences > 4th tab) to filter out roles by Job Titles and Skillsets you don't want to see.
Confirm your base resume reflects your most relevant experience, since matching uses it as a reference.
