Sign Out and Delete Account

End your session or permanently remove your account. Covers what deletion erases, what to cancel first, and safer alternatives if you're unsure.

The Sign Out tab is where you end your current session or permanently delete your account.

Sign Out

Click Sign Out to end your current session. You'll be logged out on this device and returned to the login screen. Signing out doesn't affect your subscriptions, credits, or any running application queue — everything continues as normal, and you can log back in any time.

Delete Account

Click Delete Account to permanently remove your account and associated data.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, we cannot restore your data.

Before deleting your account, review the following:

  • Active subscriptions — cancel any active subscriptions first (in the Billing tab). Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing on external processors.

  • Credits — unused credits are forfeited on deletion and cannot be recovered or transferred.

  • Application history — your dashboard, inbox, submitted applications, and answer library are all deleted.

  • Data retention — some information may be retained where required by law (for example, invoicing records for tax purposes).

If you're not sure whether deletion is the right step, consider signing out or cancelling your subscription instead. Contact support if you have questions before deleting.

You can sign out or delete your account anytime here.
