How plans, credits, and charges work

A short guide to how AIApply subscriptions are billed and how Auto Apply uses your credits, so there are no surprises.

What Auto Apply does

Auto Apply submits job applications on your behalf, automatically, based on the criteria you set. It handles both simple and multi-step applications, using your Answer Library, profile, and preferences to fill everything in.

Plans and billing frequencies

Auto Apply is available in three plans:

  • $49 / month — 100 applications

  • $99 / month — 250 applications

  • $199 / quarter — 750 applications

Optional add-ons: Tailored Resume ($12/month) and Tailored Cover Letter ($12/month) — when enabled, each application is submitted with materials tailored to that role.

AIApply bills monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan. Weekly and lifetime plans are not offered.

What you'll see at checkout

Before you confirm a purchase, the checkout page clearly shows the total amount, the billing frequency, and any applicable VAT.

You may sometimes see a weekly price displayed on the platform — this is only an illustrative breakdown of the cost, not an actual billing frequency. You are billed according to the plan you selected.

How credits work

One application equals one credit. When your credits run out, Auto Apply stops until your plan renews or you buy more.

  • Quarterly plan: all 750 credits are available from day one — not 250 per month.

  • Roll over: unused credits carry over while your subscription is active. If you cancel, they're paused and become available again when you reactivate.

  • Failed or unsupported applications don't use a credit. A credit is only counted when an application is successfully submitted.

Buying more credits

You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you do, your billing date resets to the upgrade date.

  • $49 → 100 applications

  • $99 → 250 applications

  • $199 → 600 applications

  • $299 → 1,000 applications

  • $499 → 2,000 applications

Why credits may run out faster than expected

Two things control how fast credits are used: how flexible your criteria are, and which application mode you're using. Broader criteria and Auto Mode submit applications quickly — often within days on smaller plans. If credits ran out faster than expected, tightening your criteria usually helps.

Switching plans

You can change your plan at any time. Currently supported changes:

  • Between monthly, quarterly, and annual billing

  • From a yearly Premium Subscription to a monthly Premium Subscription

  • From a Premium Subscription to an Auto Apply subscription

Changes between billing frequencies take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To request a plan change, contact support through the website chat.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Invoices and receipts

You can view and download every invoice and receipt from the billing portal. To see your current plan and renewal date, open Settings → Billing.

If a payment fails

Check that your payment method is up to date in the billing portal. If the issue continues, contact support through the website chat.

If you're charged but don't see a subscription

You may be signed in with a different email address than the one used for the subscription. Try logging in with other emails that might be linked to it. If you still can't find it, contact support through the website chat.
