Your sessions are stored on your own device
Interview Buddy saves each session on your own computer, not on our servers. We don't keep a copy.
Each session file holds the transcription, your notes, the AI feedback, and any resume text you used.
If you ever want to find these files on your computer, they're here:

Sessions aren't backed up. If you reinstall the app or switch computers, your past sessions go with them. Save a copy yourself if you want to keep one.
We never record or store audio
During a session, audio is turned into text as you speak. It's never saved — not on our servers, not on your computer. Only the text transcription is kept, and only on your device.
Deleting a session
You can delete any past session from inside the app. Find it in your session list, delete it, and confirm.
That removes it from your computer for good. We don't hold a copy, so there's nothing else to remove and nothing to ask us for.
Deleting other data
The only Interview Buddy data we hold is any app feedback or ratings you've sent us, never interview content. To have that removed, message us through the chat on our website.
