It's possible for some jobs to fall slightly outside your stated criteria. A few things to keep in mind:
Check the fit score — the higher it is, the better the match. A score of 80+ is a strong match.
After the first week, fit scores on new suggestions may be lower, as the best matches were applied to in the first few days.
Review your criteria and consider making it more flexible, or switch to Hybrid mode (70+ fit score only) or Review mode (full manual approval) for more control.
When you decline a job, always provide a reason. The AI learns from your choices and will reduce that type of suggestion going forward.
