Auto Apply submits job applications on your behalf, automatically, based on the criteria you set.
What Auto Apply can handle
Auto Apply isn't limited to simple one-click applications. It also handles multi-step processes, custom questions, additional information, extended forms. The AI uses your Answer Library, profile data and saved preferences to fill these in, so longer applications can be submitted without manual input.
What plans are available
Auto Apply comes in three plans:
$49/month — 100 applications
$99/month — 250 applications
$199/quarter — 750 applications
If you want tailored resumes or cover letters for each application, you can add:
Tailored Resume — $12/month
Tailored Cover Letter — $12/month
What resume and cover letter tailoring does
When you add tailoring, we generate job-specific materials for each application using your profile and the job posting:
Resume — tailored to the role, always included
Cover letter — included only when the application requires one
Every employer receives documents matched to their listing rather than a generic set. You can review exactly what was submitted for any application from your dashboard.
How credits work
Auto Apply is credit-based. One credit equals one job application. When you run out, Auto Apply stops applying until your plan renews or you buy more.
On the $199 quarterly plan you get 750 credits to use across three months, not 250 per month. The full pool is available from day one.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. If you need more applications before your next renewal, you can upgrade at any time. Your billing date resets to the new purchase date.
$49 — 100 applications
$99 — 250 applications (most popular)
$199 — 600 applications
$299 — 1,000 applications
$499 — 2,000 applications (best value)
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, as long as your Auto Apply subscription is active. If you have 50 unused credits this month and your subscription renews, those 50 carry into the next cycle.
If you cancel, unused credits are lost at the end of your billing period. Reactivating later starts you from zero, previous credits can't be recovered.
Why did my credits run out faster than expected?
Auto Apply starts submitting as soon as your criteria are set up. How fast credits are used depends on three things:
Your daily limit. You set this in Job Preferences → Application volume, anywhere from 10 to 100 applications per day.
How flexible your criteria are. Flexible criteria match more jobs, so applications go out quickly — often within a few days. Strict criteria match fewer, so it takes longer.
Which mode you're using. Auto Mode submits without waiting for approval, so credits are used fastest. Hybrid and Review Mode require manual approval, which slows it down.
A smaller plan can be completed in a few days if your criteria are flexible, your daily limit is high and Auto Mode is on. That's the system working as intended.
If credits ran out sooner than you expected, check whether your criteria were broader than intended. Tightening your preferences helps.
What are the application modes?
You choose how Auto Apply submits applications. There are three options, and you can change mode at any time from Settings in your dashboard.
Auto Mode applies to all matching jobs automatically, with no input from you. The system matches you with the best available jobs first, so as the strongest matches get applied to, the fit score of new suggestions may gradually decrease.
Best for: large queues, flexible criteria, and when you need a job as soon as possible.
Hybrid Mode submits automatically for jobs with a fit score of 75 or higher. Lower-scoring jobs are held for your review. Depending on your plan the queue may take over a week. Check back daily — if low-fit jobs pile up without action, your queue stops. You can apply to them or decline them.
Best for: a relaxed job search where you want the tool to handle most of it, with a quality filter.
Review Mode requires your approval for every job suggestion. Speed depends on how often you review — typically a couple of weeks. Check back daily so the queue doesn't stall. When you decline a job, give a reason: the AI learns from your choices and improves future suggestions.
Best for: strict criteria, and when you're switching jobs and want the best possible fit.
Mode | How it applies | Typical speed | Best for |
Auto | Fully automatic | Days (flexible) to weeks (strict) | Large queues, flexible criteria, need a job ASAP |
Hybrid | Automatic at fit score 75 or higher | 1+ weeks depending on plan | Relaxed search; check daily for low-fit jobs |
Review | Manual approval required | Depends on your review speed; typically weeks | Strict criteria, switching jobs; check daily so the queue doesn't stall |
What is a match rating?
Each job gets a match rating reflecting how well your profile, skills and preferences line up with that posting. It isn't a grade on you, it's our estimate of how well the role fits you, based on the criteria you set.
Rating | What it means |
Top Match | Excellent alignment across your key criteria — role, skills, location and preferences all fit strongly. |
Strong Match | Solid alignment on most of what matters, with minor gaps. |
Good Match | Reasonable fit — some criteria align well, others less so. Worth considering. |
Potential Match | Weaker overall alignment, but the role may still be worth reviewing depending on what matters most to you. |
Why was a job marked "not supported"?
Some companies use application systems we can't drive automatically yet. Those listings are skipped and no credit is charged, a credit is only used when an application finishes successfully through our system.
You can still apply to a "not supported" job manually, outside Auto Apply.
Do failed applications use a credit?
No. A credit is only counted when an application is successfully submitted. If something fails after we try, a site error, a form issue, an expired posting, that attempt doesn't spend a credit.
