Why do I see multiple charges on my AIApply account?

Multiple charges usually reflect separate subscriptions, add-ons, or authorization holds rather than duplicates. How to verify each charge and resolve genuine errors.

If you notice multiple charges on your AIApply account, it’s important to understand that these are typically not duplicate charges. Instead, they are usually related to different subscriptions, add-ons, or normal billing processes. Below are the most common reasons and how to address them.

Common Reasons for Multiple Charges

1. Separate subscriptions

AIApply offers different subscription plans, and each one is billed separately. For example:

  • Auto Apply Subscription: Automates job applications

  • Premium License: Provides access to tools such as the Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, and Mock Interviews

  • Add-on subscriptions: Enhance resumes and cover letters for individual applications

If you are subscribed to multiple services, you will see separate charges for each. For instance, one charge may correspond to Auto Apply, while another may be for the Premium License.

2. Add-on services

Add-ons are optional features that enhance your subscription. Examples include:

  • Resume customization add-on (automatically tailors your resume for each application)

  • Cover letter customization add-on (creates personalized cover letters for each job)

These add-ons are billed separately from your main subscription. For example, you may see a charge for an add-on in addition to your primary subscription fee.

3. Authorization holds or pending charges

In some cases, your bank may show multiple pending charges. These are authorization holds, not final charges, and they typically disappear automatically.

  • If a payment attempt is authorized but not completed, the charge will not be captured

  • Multiple payment attempts may create multiple pending holds, but only one will be finalized

4. Subscription renewals

Charges that appear close together may be due to subscription renewals.

  • If a payment fails and is retried later, you may see two charges close in time

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

5. Platform-specific charges

If you subscribed through different platforms (for example, desktop and mobile), you may see separate charges.

For instance, an Auto Apply subscription may renew on one platform, while a Premium License renews on another billing cycle.

How to Verify and Resolve Charges

  • Check your subscription details: Log in to your AIApply account and review your active subscriptions and add-ons in the Billing section

  • Review your bank statement: Match billing dates and amounts with your subscriptions

  • Contact support: If you believe there is an error, contact AIApply support with your billing details for assistance
